Education and capacity building
The program increased social and human capital through numerous activities.Humana staff and volunteers have studied at the Humana People to People Frontline Institute in Zimbabwe to become good leaders, and students from local agricultural schools and universities gain experience at the project and contribute with agricultural and social capacity building. The projects also include international development instructors, trained at institutes in USA and St. Vincent.
